Decoratus Delivered is our virtual design program offering curated luxury budget professional interior design services through e-design, collaborating together virtually rather than in-person, for residential clients across the nation or globally. It’s kind of like design on a napkin with a no-nonsense package to get it executed in two shakes of lamb’s tail. There are many talented designers out there to choose from that do e-design but how we differ is that you are getting the Founder’s undivided attention in pulling all these details together for you in one simple tidy package along with her decades of vast resources and talent. If you have a special request, don’t hesitate to ask. We don’t corner you into specific packages where are you cannot add on. We developed our packages based on what we believe is a good starting point and then we can communicate and decide together what is best for you.

The Packages

The Process
We gather information from you regarding your project, follow to provide the design and specifications, and then you as the Client would purchase and install those specified items on your own. Alternatively, you can choose to hire a contractor to purchase any specified finish materials and install those. So you can either roll up your sleeves or go hybrid model and hire help. We source items from retail and suppliers that may provide trade sources as well that make it easy for you to purchase on your own. Keep in mind that once we send the final package to you, you will need to be ready to order everything immediately so that it doesn’t go out of stock. With that said we highly suggest you have your contractor on board ready to go when we send you our final design specifications shopping list.
Time Frame
Every project scope is different, and we will provide you with detailed information and a time frame based on your specific needs, but projects developed through Decoratus Delivered are generally provided within 6 to 8 weeks from the date we receive your Client Responsibilities, sometimes earlier depending on our current schedule. If you are in a rush and need it sooner, don't hesitate to ask! We can often accommodate quick turnaround times. Please inquire to find out more.
Getting Started
First, fill out the “Questionnaire” online. Then we will email you to set up a brief 15 minute introductory phone call to discuss and verify which package is best for you. Upon purchasing your design package, we will send you a guide on how to measure and photograph your room(s) along with some other information to help you through the process.

Client Responsibilities
We will require the following Client Responsibilities to get started:

Completed "Questionnaire" filled out on our website.

We will require payment in full for your selected design package along with our signed agreement, prior to beginning our design voyage.

Measurements and photos of your room.

Measurements and photos of any existing pieces you want to keep.

Any inspiration photos you may have to help decipher your personal style you desire. You can view our Pinterest page (refer to the clickable icon here or at the bottom of our website that looks like " ") to assist with gathering ideas. You can create your own Pinterest account by signing up and saving images to a "Board" you create and then you can share it with us. If you have no idea where to begin or this all just sounds confusing and need help, just let us know and we will take the reigns.
Once we receive this from you, we will then review everything prior to our Initial Consultation Phone Call.
